To Our Customers,
Amidst the current coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, the safety and well-being of our customers and employees remains a top priority. Our office is still open and staffed with essential personnel. We have received a waiver from the governor to continue servicing water bodies, and we have been designated as a “Life-Sustaining” business. Our field crews will continue servicing ponds and lakes for the management of invasive aquatic vegetation and toxic algae blooms.
Both our office staff and field crews are practicing safe social distancing and proper hygiene with regard to washing hands and sanitizing workspaces. Our service crews have been instructed not to enter any buildings and to avoid contact with others during the performance of our services. Many of our clients are used to having face-to-face meetings while our crews are on site. For the health and safety of all, we are requesting that all communications take place over the phone as much as possible.
